From Thursday to Monday of each week, the restaurant KØKKEN is open; Tuesdays and Wednesdays are closed. Instead, we open the KÖÖV in the back of the restaurant with a reduced menu and simple dishes, with classics such as Matjes “Housewives style”, crab bread with scrambled eggs, veal escalope with fried potatoes or beef roulade with red cabbage.
