The exclusive 5-star holiday domicile at Süderstraße 46 III extends over four levels and offers plenty of space for a maximum of four people on 100 m². The unit was completely renovated at the beginning of 2017 with great attention to detail. The modernly furnished domicile impresses with its high-quality natural materials and strong colour contrasts. The living area with dining area and open kitchen is bright and flooded with light thanks to the large window front. The open fireplace in the living room and the sauna in the basement offer warmth and a feeling of security on cold days. The west-facing terrace is an ideal retreat to end the evening with a good glass of wine on warm summer days. Historical Sylt negatives, which were rediscovered a few years ago, are found throughout the house and tell stories of the island.
