UNDER REET ‘Haus Marla’ – the exclusive holiday domicile at Westerhörn 30 in Keitum extends over three levels and offers 106 m² of modern furnishings and plenty of space for a maximum of four adults and two children. Young families in particular will feel at home here. The attic gable offers a cosy sleeping area for children with two single beds.
In the light-flooded centre of the holiday domicile, a living area furnished in turquoise and blue tones awaits the resident with a large sofa, cosy reading chair and a tiled stove. A large dining table with upholstered bench and armchairs forms the centre of the spacious living and dining area. Almost all the furniture is by Rivièra Maison. The open kitchen is fully equipped and makes you want to cook for or with the family. In the upstairs rooms, maritime colours with red accents create a sympathetic living atmosphere.
The west-facing wooden decking terrace opens onto the large communal lawn. It is a wonderful place to play and romp. Here, every space becomes a favourite place.
The property was extensively renovated and redesigned in spring 2021.
