The house at Süderstraße 22 is an exclusive 5-star holiday domicile and is located in the immediate vicinity of Benen-Diken-Hof. It extends over three levels and offers 130 m² of space for a maximum of six people. The beautiful and sheltered garden offers plenty of space for rest and enjoyment in the fresh air. A lightness hovers over everything. Light fabrics and wood tones as well as the colours white, beige, aubergine and various types of pastel dominate the domicile. All this contributes to the pleasant living atmosphere. The four bedrooms are individually furnished, each with its own harmonious, decadent touch. Arriving is like returning to a familiar place. The spacious living room with its large dining area is the most beautiful and communicative place in the house – certainly the favourite place for many of its residents. Sensitive, unobtrusive text messages awaken the desire to search and interpret. Highlight: Sleeping in the pointed gable! Looking up at the sky, losing yourself in thought and finding yourself looking at the stars – that is a very special earthly pleasure.
