Our Süderhüs is one of the older, free-standing houses in the BENEN-DIKEN-HOF, built in 1991. In spring 2023 we renovated it extensively and with a lot of love – sophisticated, high-quality, Nordic. The combination of “historical” and modern, Scandinavian-looking elements is interesting. The old tiles on the ground floor were completely preserved. An antique model of a tall ship in its display case harmonizes wonderfully with the colorful furnishings and the modern lights and accessories.
What’s new? Actually almost everything:
The walls are painted in the natural colors of sand, mallow and sage, carpets, floorboards and tiled floors have been renewed or reworked, the furniture is new, as are the kitchens and their fittings, the curtains, Roman blinds and fabrics.
The rooms are airier, lighter, more elegant; it is pleasant to be in them. Our regular guests confirm this to us.
