On the day of arrival we guarantee your arrival at 16:00.
Departure
On the day of departure we ask you to leave your HOLIDAY HOMES by 10:00 am.
Agency opening hours
Our agency office at the Keitum railway station is open from April to October every weekday from 09:00 – 17:00 and from November to March from Monday to Friday from 09:00 – 17:00. Outside these opening hours, our colleagues at the Hotel BENEN-DIKEN-HOF will be happy to help you – you can reach them by telephone on +49 . 46 51 . 93 83 0.
Facilities of the HOLIDAY HOMES
To make you feel at home right from the start, you will find an initial supply of washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, a dishcloth and a dishcloth in our HOLIDAY HOMES. In addition, all HOLIDAY HOMES are equipped with trial sizes of our exclusive Molton Brown line “Mandarin & Clary Sage – The 1973 Collection”.
Booking & Booking fee

In order to constantly improve our service for you, we take the liberty of charging a booking fee of € 25.00 per booking.
Early CheckIn / Late CheckOut
If possible, we are happy to offer you an “Early CheckIn” and a “Late CheckOut”. Please contact the agency office by telephone or e-mail.
Bicycles
We are happy to organise comfortable bicycles and e-bikes for your stay. Please contact us for more information!
Pets
Your four-legged friends are welcome in selected domiciles. We charge a one-off fee of € 45.00 per pet.
Internet access
Almost all HOLIDAY HOMES have free internet access. Please note that we cannot guarantee a stable connection when using streaming services or similar.
Cots and highchairs
Almost all HOLIDAY HOMES are equipped with baby cots and highchairs. We will be happy to provide you with both on request – while stocks last.
Rental car
You can easily book a rental car with Sylt Travel before your stay.
Keys
You can collect your keys on the day of arrival from the agency office at Bahnhofstraße 37 in Keitum – directly in the Keitum railway station. If you arrive outside our opening hours, we will leave your key at the reception in the Hotel BENEN-DIKEN-HOF in Keitum Süderstraße 3-5.
Cancellation conditions
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to two months before arrival. In case of a later cancellation, 100 % of the total price minus the final cleaning will be due, should we not succeed in re-letting the domicile.
Linen packages
On arrival, bed linen is provided for the number of persons registered and is already included in the price. All beds are provided with sheets so that each bed can be used individually. We are happy to provide additional linen packages for a fee.
Intermediate cleaning
You are welcome to book an intermediate cleaning during your stay. The prices for this can be found in the respective domicile description. Please note that intermediate cleaning is not possible at weekends.
