You can also optionally take advantage of the services of the BENEN-DIKEN-HOF, which is within walking distance – the sumptuous late-riser breakfast in the morning, delicious menus at RESTAURANT KÖKKEN in the evening, followed by perhaps a beer, a glass of wine, or a cocktail in the bar. Or you can get fit in the milon® circuit or relax in the WOLKENLÖN SPA.
And to make it even more attractive for you, use of the swimming pool*and sauna is completely included for our workationers – as often and for as long as you like.

* The swimming pool will be closed for maintenance from January 11th to 25th, 2026.
What do our residences offer?

Living rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms, just the way you need them –
beds with comfortable mattresses for a good night’s sleep.
Fully equipped kitchens and private parking spaces are a given.
The furnishings? Always different, always sophisticated, always comfortable.
Our service: 1x linen change – towels, bed linen, and table linen – per week.
Intermediate cleaning starting from the 5th week, then every 4 weeks.
