GOLF ON SYLT
Here on Sylt the golf courses present themselves in a uniquely beautiful landscape. Each of the golf courses is unique in its kind and offers the right degree of difficulty for every requirement. Characteristic for golfing on Sylt are the proximity of the coast, the bunkers, the sand and the wind – factors which make the game incredibly exciting and all four golf courses into left-handed courses.
We are always happy to help you book tee times, trolleys, electric golf carts or rental clubs.
Thanks to the cooperation agreements with the Marine-Golf-Club and the Golf-Club Sylt, we are pleased to be able to offer our guests a discount of up to 10% on the respective green fee depending on the season.
Golf Clubs
Sylt is increasingly becoming a golfer’s Eldorado – after all, the island offers four lovingly maintained 18-hole courses in a wonderful natural setting. Playing them from the BENEN-DIKEN-HOF is a good decision, because our hotel is centrally located to the three open golf courses in Wenningstedt, Tinnum and Budersand. And also to the fourth, private 18-hole course in Morsum, where our guests occasionally play. So we look forward to a lively golfing scene.
17. PRIVATEOPEN® SYLT
It is a truly exceptional tournament – not just in the insular competition calendar: For many years, the PRIVATEOPEN® SYLT has combined sporting challenges, culinary highlights, exclusive evening events and friendly competitors like no other golf event. The PRIVATEOPEN® SYLT extends over a total of six days with a top-class culinary program. Each round provides numerous additional episodes for the PRIVATEOPEN® SYLT legend diary.
There are numerous regular players, a close-knit community that is happy and particularly welcoming to non-golf-playing partners and solo travelers as newcomers or returnees. In addition to the golf courses of the GOLF CLUB SYLT, the MARINE GOLF CLUB SYLT and the GOLF CLUB BUDERSAND, we will be playing another golf course this year … perhaps in Denmark or on one of the neighbouring islands?
