On two living levels and 61 m², the flat in the newly built house offers space for two people.
The inexplicable Danish cosy “hygge” feeling comes over you as soon as you enter, elegant, modern and warm interior creates a harmonious, wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Different colours separate individual living zones and rooms from one another. The centrepiece is the light-flooded living and dining area with seating island, adjoining south-facing loggia and an open, fully equipped kitchenette. From the living area with adjoining cosy bedroom and modern bathroom, an interior staircase leads to another open room in the pointed gable – with a far-reaching view of the dunes of Westerland.
The small sunbathing area in the garden facing south-west with garden furniture and a beach chair is a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine with a good book. The holiday domicile is also very easy to reach by train, as the Keitum train station is within walking distance.
