The ground-level 5-star domicile, in a quiet and central location in Keitum, is in the immediate vicinity of the BENEN-DIKEN-HOF and offers a contemporary, cosy retreat on 72sqm for relaxing days for two on Sylt. The feeling of well-being/arrival begins as soon as you enter the 5-star flat, which was renovated in 2018: a vestibule with a large mirror and wardrobe leads via the small hallway with guest WC to the heart of this domicile, the bright and light-flooded living room. The bright and open design of the living area creates a warm atmosphere that can be felt even on stormy days on the North Sea coast. In the adjoining dining area with fully equipped kitchen, you can enjoy long pleasurable evenings. The picture of well-being is completed by the daylight bathroom with shower and the bedroom with king-size bed. On the upper floor of the house there is another separate flat for up to four people – ideal for friends or families. The south-facing natural stone terrace offers a wonderful retreat from everyday life, to relax and unwind. The beach chair, a lounger and the spacious dining area invite you to relax with a view of the lovingly landscaped green area.
