Welcome to the most popular and varied golf tournament in the island’s competition calendar – the fabulous PRIVATEOPEN® SYLT 2025.
Play four courses in two countries and enjoy five wonderful evening events. The very special schedule, the loving and detail-obsessed organization and the many little surprises during the course of this tournament make this week an absolutely exceptional tournament not only for our regular guests, but they also inspire new golf enthusiasts time and time again.
This year we are once again visiting our neighboring country Denmark, namely the Esbjerg Golf Club. Here we will spend a sporty and happy day, which will begin early together on the ferry with breakfast and end with a culinary evening on board. Look forward to a day of golf with friendly golfers and plenty of Danish flair!
The “magic” of the “PRIVATEOPEN® Sylt excursions”, the grandiose failures, the communicative and exuberant bar rounds and the wonderful culinary highlights in the evening delight all guests again and again.

World-class ballet against the backdrop of the BENEN-DIKEN-HOF
VERDENSBALLETT 2025
Since 2008, exceptional talents have come together every summer to perform as VERDENSBALLETT (from Danish: world ballet) in magical locations in the open air and in a relaxed atmosphere.
The program: classical and modern ballet parts, scenes and arias from well-known operas as well as music for piano and violin.
In 2016, the VERDENSBALLETT, which was initiated by the Danish tenor Jens-Christian Wandt, left Denmark for the first time and performed on the meadows of the BENEN-DIKEN-HOF. It was an incomparable evening that enchanted us all and will take place for the eighth time on Thursday, July 10, 2025.
The VERDENSBALLETT 2025 will once again prove that high culture can also be enjoyed in a relaxed and easy manner.
With Steven McRae, artistic director and principal dancer at the Royal Ballet of London, at the helm, some of the most talented dancers in the world will once again be taking part. Their names will soon be published here.
It will certainly be another magnificent ballet evening – very special, unique. We are looking forward to it.
Around 1,200 visitors are expected again.
Advance ticket sales begin on December 1, 2024.

CHILDREN CELEBRATE PARTIES
»SMALL CHILDREN’S PARTIES«
During the 2025 summer holidays from July 17th to September 11th, we will be holding »Small Children’s Parties« every Thursday at BENEN-DIKEN-HOF.
We look forward to welcoming our guests’ children.
On July 31, 2025 we will all meet at the PRIVATHOTELS SYLT children’s festival – this year in Kampen.
Please register your children for participation upon arrival or at least two days before the respective children’s party.
We will meet in front of the entrance to BENEN-DIKEN-HOF if the weather is good or at the reception if the weather is bad… always at 4 p.m.

WITH CLAAS-ERIK JOHANNSEN ON THE WAY TO SYLT

From September 21st to 26th, it’s SYLT3 again – discover, recognize, experience Sylt.
Claas-Erik Johannsen will once again guide the participating guests around his island of Sylt and, on one of the days, to Föhr – personal, informative, and culinary.
We’ll meet on the afternoon of arrival for an initial get-together over an aperitif on the Keitum mudflats and conclude the event with our famous “Irish – especially hearty” late riser breakfast. There’s plenty of programming on the days in between: Among other things, we’ll head to the island of Föhr, where we’ll visit the MKDW – the Museum of Art of the West Coast. And as always, there will be a cruise around the island of Sylt, a group walk through our beautiful captain’s village of Keitum, a concert at St. Severin Church, and some culinary highlights.
