Groot's Hüs
The owner family of “GROOT’S HOLIDAY HOMES” sold the property at the turn of 2020. The five flats included were handed over to the BENEN-DIKEN-HOF for rent by the new owner. After extensive renovation work, they were completed at the end of April 2021.

The Groot’s Hüs Right in the heart of the idyllic captain’s village of Keitum, on a large plot of land with an old tree population, are the fully renovated holiday domiciles of the Groot’s Hüs, furnished in “Nordic-Scandi-style”. In the immediate vicinity there are a variety of attractive shops, boutiques and artisans. On a walk through beautiful Keitum, you can reach the tidal flat side of the island, only 500 m away, within a few minutes.

UNDER REET The holiday home “Light Breeze” is located on the ground floor of the Groot’s Hüs and offers enough space for a maximum of four people to spend relaxing holidays together on two levels and 112 m². Two terraces, each adjacent to the living room and bedroom and facing south and east, extend the living area to the communal garden. The sunbathing areas are each equipped with garden furniture and a beach chair.
LivingTime in the holiday home “Light Breeze” promises living in airy rooms, furnished with Nordic design classics such as the “Pyramid Desk” designed by Wim Rietveld in the 1960s or the “Wishbone Chair”. The colours of the North Sea – air, sand, lake and forest colours – are the source of inspiration for the new colour world of the Groot’s Hüs. They are found in the wall tones and have such beautiful names as “Light Sand”, “Powder Nude” and “Ocean”. Clear lines and shapes, light and dark wood, furs and natural textiles create a harmonious atmosphere. The living-dining room is equipped with a modern, compact kitchenette.
