UNDER REET  The holiday home “Light breeze” is located on the first floor of the Groot’s Hüs and offers enough space for a maximum of four people to spend relaxing vacations together on two levels and 112 m². Two terraces, each adjacent to the living room and bedroom and facing south and east, extend the living area to the community garden. The sunbathing areas are each equipped with garden furniture and a beach chair.

LivingTime in the holiday home “Light breeze” promises life in airy rooms, furnished with Nordic design classics such as the “Pyramid desk” designed by Wim Rietveld in the sixties or the “Wishbone Chair”. The colors of the North Sea – air, sand, lake and forest colors – are the source of inspiration for the new color world of Groot’s Hüs. They are found in the wall tones and have such beautiful names as “Light Sand,” “Powder Nude” and “Ocean.” Clean lines and shapes, light and dark wood, furs and natural textiles create a harmonious atmosphere. The living-dining room is equipped with a modern, compact kitchenette.

The Groot’s Hüs In the heart of the idyllic captain’s village of Keitum, on a large plot with old trees, are the vacation domiciles of the Groot’s Hüs, completely renovated in the spring of 2021 and furnished in “Nordic-Scandi-style”. In the immediate vicinity there are a variety of attractive stores, boutiques and artisans. On a walk through the beautiful Keitum you can reach the mudflat side of the island, only 500 m away, within a few minutes.
